Richard Mann established Mann’s Inc. in Huntington, Indiana, during the mid-1950s, and quickly became a very successful HVAC and plumbing service company.
When Mike and Ann Bonifas purchased Mann’s in 1986, the company had only 10 employees. Now, Mann's has 25+ contractors and support staff. In 2000, Mann's built a new 12,000 SF facility and has seen steady growth over the last two decades, including joining the Sturges Company Holding's affiliates in 2024.
